Process local Expense Authorization (EA) of project staff and visitors. Arrange hotel reservation, airline ticketing, vehicle rental as per FHI 360 travel policy.
Provide necessary support with project related activities and to conduct program related workshops, trainings and conferences.
Provide all necessary procurement and logistical support for field activities in coordination with the project staff and government counterparts.
Process Procurement Request forms (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for various goods/services ensuring that FHI 360 Nepal procurement policy is strictly adhered to.
Ensure timely processing of invoices for payment.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in business studies, humanities or related behavioral or social science field with
3 years of work experience in administrative field.
Previous experience in an I/NGO environment will be an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali.
Good judgment and ability to deal pleasantly and effectively with people.
